Fitness Training

I've always had a passion for health and wellness. When I was a little girl, my mom taught aerobics and pilates classes at our local gym. I would follow along and got so excited when she would ask me to help demonstrate the exercises. In 2012, she brought me to my first fitness convention in Cape Cod where I received my first personal training certification and dance fitness instructor certification. I was hooked. 

 

Since then I have experimented with all kinds of fitness including weightlifting, boxing, HIIT training, dance cardio, pilates, barre, yoga, running, gymnastics, TRX, CrossFit, and even rebounding on trampolines. I believe that exercise is not one-size-fits-all and training programs shouldn’t be either. I offer a unique blend of workouts in my programs and follow NASM's training model to create personalized plans that help my clients achieve their fitness goals safely and efficiently. I believe in working smarter, not harder, and having fun while doing it!

 

Whether you’re starting from square one or you're a seasoned athlete, I’m here to help you maximize your results every step of the way. When working with clients, I focus on education so you understand the 'why' behind each exercise, rep, and stretch. I don’t want to train you to simply look and feel your best, I want to educate you so you know how to stay fit for life! I always say, my goal is to make sure my clients don’t need me a year from now, but want to keep me around for the extra challenge and accountability.
